Opening hours Hotel Wanner

Our reception is open for you as follows:

Monday to Thursday: 6:30 am – 11:30 am and 3:00 pm – 9:00 pm

Fridays: 6:30 am – 11:30 am

Saturday, Sunday and public holidays: 8:00 am – 11:30 am

In case of emergency, you can contact us outside of our opening hours using our emergency number provided in the hotel.

Check-in: from 3:00 pm

Check-out: by 11:00 am

Would you like to arrive earlier or leave at later? No problem.

Please contact the reception in advance and we will find a suitable solution for you.

Check-in via our key box

Are you arriving outside of our regular opening hours? No problem.

Check-in is possible at any time with our key box at the back entrance of the Hotel Wanner. This guarantees you a flexible arrival, without any time pressure.

Please contact us before your arrival and you will receive your personal PIN code with which you will receive your key from the key box.

Parking

Free parking: You can park for free from 6:00 pm to 8:00 am in the public parking lots around Hotel Wanner.

Inexpensive parking: There are more than 600 inexpensive parking spaces available in the underground car park in Congress Center Böblingen. Only 50 meters far from the hotel.

Loading and unloading: There are four hotel parking spaces behind the hotel for loading and unloading. Please note that these parking spaces may not be used for permanent parking. They are reserved for our hotel staff exclusively.
